Can I get a second disability hearing if I get denied at my first hearing?

Yes, the reality is that we find that far too many people give up when they're denied benefits, because they feel like they have no further appeal rights. But the reality is, that if you've been denied benefits, even at a hearing before a judge, then you do have the right to file more appeals and more applications. In fact, our office has found that we've had claimants approved after they've been denied once or twice, even by a judge in the past.
