She began her career as a paralegal at one of Washington, D.C.\u2019s finest law firms. While there Jessica gained extensive litigation experience. She then went on to work a top law firm in Los Angeles where she handled massive class action cases. Having worked on several cases that went to trial Jessica was able to gain valuable trial experience.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>After moving to Florida, Jessica chose to move away from the large law firm atmosphere and took a paralegal position with a smaller law firm. It was here that she learned the inner workings of operating a law office. In 2012 when Nick and Jessica decided to open the Ortiz Law Firm, Jessica provided paralegal assistance along with running the daily operations.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Today, Jessica exclusively handles the day-to-day operations of the Ortiz Law Firm as well as all accounting and personnel matters.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Personal Life<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>When not at the office, Jessica spends her time keeping up with her three children.
