The man was traveling west on West Michigan Avenue at around 2:00 a.m. when he rear-ended a Ford Mustang driven by a 60-year-old Pensacola resident. The impact caused the Mustang to rotate and crash into a utility light and a Tom Thumb sign, and the driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
