Tiffanie has over 11 years of experience working in the legal field. She began her career as a legal assistant in 2013, where she acquired the knowledge to be able to navigate the rules and regulations of Social Security. Her knowledge was hands on and as time went on, she became a Paralegal for a small law firm in Destin, FL.
After 8 years working at her first law firm, she pursued a career in finance. However, she learned that she enjoyed engaging and getting to know her clients through her paralegal work, so she ran back into the legal field.
Personal Life
When not in the office, Tiffanie spends most of her time with her 2 children and her family. Her favorite day of the week is FRIDAY as it is “Almost Friday” every day of the week. Tiffanie enjoys bowling, traveling, and having a peaceful nap.

How do I express my sincere gratitude to Ortiz Law Firm? I am going to recommend Ortiz Law Firm as well as Ms. Tiffanie Turner. Mr. Ortiz represented me in my SSA case; however, Ms. Turner did EVERYTHING else. What does that entail? Submitting, filing, emailing, coordinating, contacting, cheering me on after denials, and reminding me of deadlines which must be met…that is a fraction of what she did. It took 3.5 years to win my case, but win we did. Without either of them, I would not have won and would have given up out of pure spite. The SSA office is a government entity, that means they are slow getting things accomplished. Which translates to clients, “I am sick of waiting. I’ve been turned down. I’ve been turned down AGAIN. Just forget it I will never be approved”. All of these things I have said in the last 3.5 years, but Ms. Turner listened to me and saw my frustrated emails…never give up. I didn’t and I was FINALLY scheduled a hearing with the Judge. Mr. Ortiz stated, “Watch the videos”, and to be honest I thought I don’t need to watch these, but I did anyways. If I hadn’t, I would have said exactly what I shouldn’t have because I “think” I know better. Wrong they are the experts! Now it is hard to expound on your disabilities because I judge myself harshly and do not need anyone else judging me, but if you do not open up and tell your story WITHOUT any embellishments, ridicule of the government, then you have already lost. Don’t let yourself whether it is pride, fear be your downfall! After the hearing, the waiting for a decision is extremely difficult; however, I received the news the Judge approved my case!!!! Talk about denial, disbelief, but it was true…I cried. I cant say thank you enough to Ortiz Law Firm, but especially to Mr. Ortiz and Ms. Turner. Listen to them and do exactly what they ask, when they ask, and how they ask you to do it. What do you have to lose? Thank you again for helping me with my case.
