Should I Accept a Settlement Offer in My Florida Slip and Fall Case?

The key to answering this question is whether or not the offer was reasonable. If it’s fair and reasonable, in light of the scope and extent of your injuries, then perhaps you should accept it. However, if it’s really low and it’s not going to compensate you adequately for the full extent of your injuries, then the answer is no.
