Walton County, Florida – A collision on I-10, involving the eastbound lanes near mile marker 71, shut down the roadway for over an hour, while first responders arrived and worked the accident scene. According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the male driver of a Ford F-150 was attempting to change lanes when he struck a Toyota Corolla, driven by a Quincy, Florida woman. The initial impact sent the Corolla into a concrete barrier, as the driver of the F-150 over-corrected, causing his vehicle to roll over. The driver of the F-150, and his passengers, were taken to the North Okaloosa Medical Center, while the driver of the Corolla reported no injuries.
