My Social Security disability claim was denied. What do I do now?

If your Social Security case was denied, then, in most instances, you want to file an appeal. Many claims are denied at the initial application stage, but are, oftentimes, approved at the reconsideration stage or even at the stage of a hearing before an administrative law judge. If the judge denies your case, then you can either file a new claim, or there is a stage of appeal above the judge that you can go to as well.
