Walnut Hill, Florida –  A woman (63) has been charged with DUI after veering off Highway 97, hitting a power pole, and continuing into a ditch. The accident occurred at around 1:15 a.m., north of Tungoil Road. The Florida Highway Patrol, Escambia County EMS, and the Walnut Hill Station of Escambia Fire Rescue responded to the accident scene, however, the driver refused medical transportation. According to Escambia River Electric, 52 customers reported a loss of power due to damage sustained by the power pole. The driver has been released from the Escambia County Jail on a $1,000 bond.

Brad M.

Ortiz Law Firm is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Although the disability process is a long process, the Ortiz Law Firm was always there to help guide me along the way. While understanding that I am/was not their only client, they always got back to me on any issue I had. Tory Nelson was absolutely superb. Tory always returned my calls and e-mails and provided me with any information that I needed. Mr. Ortiz prepared me and represented me during my hearing. Class act all around. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
